Candidate Services

We appreciate that for candidates, changing job is a very sensitive issue which requires careful consideration. We are always on hand to help our candidates, and will always do our best to ensure you are briefed properly and have a good understanding of the role.

We promise to give our candidates regular, honest feedback. There will be absolutely NO unauthorised marketing of your details. If we don't think you're right for the position, we will tell you.

In return, we ask that candidates only apply to specific positions and that you keep your details precise and to the point. We cannot guarantee to respond to unsolicited applications.

Please only forward your CV, we will ask for references and other supporting documents as and when necessary.

You may forward your CV in either English OR German.

For German candidates, please note that for international positions, it is not the norm to provide a photo with your application. In fact, in some countries, this contravenes local equality laws. English speaking managers generally expect a CV to be no longer than 2 sides long. We are happy to edit down longer profiles after initial screening.

Interview travel expenses will normally be reimbursed directly by the client. Please keep any relevant receipts.
